Before you sign on with any publisher, be sure you know what kind of deal you are making.

Which Kind of Publishing is Right for Your Book?

Every type of publishing has pros and cons. Time, cost, quality, service, and support are all variable factors, and understanding what is available will help you choose the right publisher for your work.

Your basic choices are:

Commercial and Self-Publishing or Independent Publishing are valid choices based on a number of factors. Vanity/Subsidy Publishers should almost always be avoided.
